If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date your order to return the device for a full refund of your annual subscription. A flat return shipping fee of $5 applies. After the 30-day window, your annual subscription is locked and non-refundable. This only applies to purchases that include both the Raycon AI Notetaker device and the Raycon Notes App Premium Annual Subscription.
Can I record without the app open?
Yes. The Notetaker works independently. It syncs with the app whenever you're connected.
Are Al transcription and summaries automatic?
No. You choose which recordings to transcribe and summarize, giving you full control of usage and privacy.

Audio is stored on your personal device to support end-to-end encryption.
When AI features are used, your audio is securely transmitted to a trusted third-party AI service provider for processing and deleted, however, an encrypted copy of your recording's text summary and transcript are stored.
